| Abstract: | From the comparison of this seal and other bronze seals and the study of written documents, the author comes to conclusions that Hoai Duc is the name of an area in the west of Ha Noi capital nowadays (now, there is Hoai Duc district of Ha Tay province). This seal might be Mien Lam's, the fourth son of Minh Mang king, who was confered the title of "Hoai Duc prince" in 1885 and according to some data, he was confered this title during 1885-1889. |
